Our 3 hour layover in Atlanta at 3:00am... Somehow I still look happy... :)
DAY 1
My first step onto a cruiseliner.
Inside the ship. Its like a mall on ... propellers.
We played miniature golf on the top of the ship. It was windy, but I still won, by 2.
Each day our stateroom attendant would make us animals out of towels. Its a bunny.
DAY 2
Our first day off the ship, in Labadee, Haiti. We hung out on the beach all day and laid in a hammock, it was super relaxing. Check out our HUGE cruise ship behind Dacia! ... no not the pink one!
The shopping in Haiti. Really pushy salesmen, but they display their work in a unique, viewable way. It actually rained on all these pictures while we were there.
Our second animal - a Koala bear.
Our second day was Jamaica. Definately the funnest part of the trip - We took a jeep excursion through the Fern Gully and got super muddy. Then took a hike up Dunns River Falls.
These are Jamaican Reindeer. And in Jamaica they don't "Drink & Drive" they "Smoke & Fly".
3rd day - its a bat.
Our 3rd stop, Grand Caymen. We looked around for a place to snorkel with no luck so we stopped off here at 7 mile beach.
Note to self: Do not body surf on a beach that has a 'hidden reef'.
We had a formal night out and got a picture with our cool stateroom attendant Todor.
Grand Cayman is known for "Stingray City"
DAY 5

Our 'water jet' to take us into mainland. 4 people threw up on our way back. Fast, but bumpy ride.

Tulum right before we got to the ruins these guys would swing down this pole for tips.

Tulum temple and ruins. Gorgeous place, they no longer allow entrance into the temples due to vandals.

Cool picture - looks like something from the Book of Mormon at this angle.

Our snorkeling in Xel Ha was cut short due to the rain, so we found shelter and visited the birds.

A chicken and/or a monkey - you decide.
DAY 6
For day 6 we had hoped to do all the stuff on the cruise (day at sea) that we didn't get to do, like rock climbing, ice skating, rollerblading, but it rained so we just hit up the buffets and relaxed.
DAY 7
Day 7 was supposed to be in Miami but we found that place to be one crazy maze, so we made our way a little early to the airport.
All in all we couldn't have asked for a better trip!
Y'know when people ask, "if you could have dinner with anyone in the whole world, who would it be?" Thats always been tough for me to answer, the Prophet would be cool, he's got such a great sense of humor. The Savior Himself would be overwhelming but wonderful. Truthfully I wouldn't want to be with anyone else but Dacia. I love being with her. Nothing is more rewarding.
Also you know how they say, "when you find something so great & wonderful you wanna share it"? Ya well... not so much (I don't mind being selfish on this one).
Dacia and I are going to Snowbird tomorrow to ride the zipline and alpine slide. It'll be a lot of fun. Hopefully we'll remember to bring a camera along.
p.s. only 6 more days til Powell! woohoo.

I can't even describe how in love I am with her. It's just wonderful. We're gonna be heading to Lake Powell next week. I can't wait. They'll be sooo much fun.
